It flowed evenly, leveled out nicely once dried, and I love that it can be painted as well. It was far messier and ended up looking terrible compared to how this Gorilla Waterproof Patch and Seal Spray looks when it’s cured. I used a competitor’s product at our old house several years ago to repair an exterior window leak, and it required brushing it on. So what do I think? This will absolutely be my new go-to product for patching small holes and cracks on exterior projects! I love how easy it was to use by simply spraying the product in place. What happened after that week? It was still full of water (well, minus a little for evaporation) with no leaks at all! The product looks exactly as it had after application, no peeling or offering to loosen around the edges. Once that coat was cured, I checked the coverage to see if additional coats were needed, but this stuff had completely sealed the crack after only one application! I set it aside to cure fully for 24 hours, then decided to put it to the ultimate test by filling it full of water and letting it sit for a week in the shop. After cleaning the surface of any dust or moisture, I shook the can for about 30 seconds and then sprayed an even coat (staying about 8”-12” from the surface) to cover the crack.
